It is hard to believe, but Brylee is 6 weeks old. She is doing great. She is so alert, holding her head up, and starting to smile. Here are some pics from today, her 6 week mark, and we even caught a few with her sweet smile.

Parker- Our Peter PanPosted by Bryce-n-Michelle at 3:41 PM 1 comments
The medical lady at Universal wrapped Parker's wrist. That is where he was babying...
Just looking at these pics, brings back the tears. I had never seen him hold so still. He was so miserable, and I felt miserable.
After a few x-rays, more screaming, we discovered that his wrist was fine, but he had dislocated his elbow. So, with all the strength we could muster as parents, we held our screaming, terrified child as the doctor popped his elbow back into place. Despite the stress this caused, Parker gave us one fond memory... just ask him what happened to his arm. He'll tell you, " The monkey did it." He says that because he was swinging when the injury occurred. It still makes us laugh. However, this was not a good Mom day for me, nor a good nurse day. I felt like crap. However, we were blessed at were able to get it fixed, and the rest of the trip went well.Posted by Bryce-n-Michelle at 3:15 PM 0 comments
For those who stalk characters... California Adventure is the place... the gates open at 9, but the park is not up and running until 10am. Prime picture time. We saw all the biggies... Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale, and Pluto. Talk about a time saver.Posted by Bryce-n-Michelle at 3:04 PM 0 comments

Parker posing with Goofy. He was so excited to see him. My sister made a autograph book for my niece and Parker. They had a lot of success getting signatures. After Goofy signed Parker's book, he kissed it. From then on all the characters had to kiss their page in the book before he would walk away from them. It was adorable to me, his mom, but I am sure we annoyed a ton of people!
Ok, this picture represents a Disneyland first for me. First, my family and I got completely drenched on Splash Mountain. Considering my past visits, I expected a few splashes, a few sprays, thats no problem. But, we were soaked, completely through. Then, the ride broke down. So, we were sitting there, freezing! After about 20 or so minutes, they came and evacuated us. We had to get out of the boats, and walk down the paths you see on the side of the ride. Lucky for us, we had already done the big hill! They led us to the back side of the ride, back where all the secret Disney stuff is... ok not really, but we did see the back lot. :) It was a memorable ride to say the least.Posted by Bryce-n-Michelle at 2:21 PM 0 comments
My Dad, and siblings. Yes, though I am the oldest, and wisest, I am and will forever be the shortest.
Parker playing in the sand. Like a good mom should, I packed him a swim suit and swim shoes... however, when he saw the ocean... he took off running towards the water... and in true comical fashion, was face planted by a wave before we could get to him. Therefore, we bagged the swimsuit, and let him at it.

She appears a little frightened... I bet Parker was after her.
